Haru/Haruko is the weeb name I had since I was in highschool together with my friends as a joke when we joining a club. Ironically, I ended up using it for my artist/pen-name (Eventhough I mostly use U3HA as a brand now since name 'Haru' is kinda norm-). Haru actually doesn't have design until I use her to do Yume for the first time. Yep, ObeyMe was my first yume. I think it was around the end of 2019 or early 2020, just when the covid's pandemic hit. It was around the time I just transitioning to draw digitally too. Before yume, I usually more into drawing my own OCxOC or making fanart.
To make it easy, Haru(Sona) and Haru(OBM) have similar personality/attitude. I just make the lore a little bit different. Yume-ing in that fandom for almost more than 5 years make Haru(OBM)'s lore kinda complicated for sure. Not to mention multiple game they have until now.Despite having lots of side yume now, I'm the type of person that can't do yume if I don't really into it (I just too lazy to draw it cuz I feel like I can only have one hyperfixtation at time, I swear). Sometimes if I like too much characters in a frenchise, I just don't have mood to yume or just focus to entirely someone outside the LIs www. For example, I played ToT and MLQC, I like some of the character but I ended up liking the MC instead so I don't feel like yume-ing with the bois but wanna be them-//ey
OC-Sona Reff
.Haru's design. Inspired by the things I like. Her hair originally colored black, but I change it into light brown since it's resemble the color of the iced coffee I love to drink. I made her eyes green because I want to give some kind of "fresh" and "calm" image everytime I look at her.
She has medium hair length since thats my hairstyle at the time I design her, however the hairstyle more similar with the one I had when I was still a kid..Haru's design. and concept also based on the three leaf clover, speccifically the white flower clover. I'm not choosing the four leaf clover just because I like number 3 and odd number more. The three leaf clover concept also symbolism her concept about being ordinary and unoticable, like she is not special/gifted/someone as rare as the lucky clover. The three leaf concept also tied her lore when I use her as Obey Me's MC. About her connection between three worlds and her own circle of life.As for her outfits, She love wearing something that easy to move but not show much of skin. Thats why I always make her wear a pair of tight or something like a thin stocking. I rarely make her wear a short sleeve, she doesn't like showing her elbow for a personal reason (my reason-). I love wearing something like knitted sweater, but too bad, the weather in the place I live isn't allow me to wear it. So I put something like that on Haru(Sona) instead www.
.Haru's outfits since debut.
.2020-2021. Her outfit based on outfit for yume-ing in Obey Me. The 2020's outfit was her casual outfit. Meanwhile the 2021's outfit was the human world outfit based on what the canon characters wore during scene in Season 3, Obey Me OG..2023-2026 . in 2023 I decided to make a separate outfit for Haru(Sona) since she got so many outfit based on lots of AUs she had in my yume. I combined some of the outfit that I already made before and picked the part that I like. On 2026, I decide to make new outfit since there's something happen irl and I want to commomerate it. I still keep the part of outfits I like and try to put more small details and incorporate white color so it won't be dominated by black color like the 2023's outfit
